Satchel Style Handbag
Classic and simple, these satchel style bags retain all the same structure and strength of the larger bags in a smaller format. They have a single body compartment, the handle is fixed though the flap and hand stitched to a reinforcing strap inside. This bag has the edges stained and polished black in contrast to the rich burgundy leather. The bag is fastened with a single buckle strap and a solid brass roller buckle. The adjustable shoulder strap is mounted on the sides of the bag and features stitched detail end straps.
Available with plain or rounded buckle strap in a choice of colour, size and thread colour options. Also available with a turned over top edge on the front panel hand stitched to accent the edge
This example is made from 3-4mm vegetable tanned shoulder leather, hand stitched with waxed linen thread.
